Condiments

Condiments and spreads give a layer of extra flavor to your tea scones and biscuits.

The added zing or complexity of taste enhances what might otherwise be average fare.

Creams, butter, cheeses, and jams are some common spreads used with tea time treats.

There are many beautiful and unique serving pieces
that can be used to present your spreads. Also, in place
of the typical small glass bowl, use your imagination and creativity. For example, fill a large scallop shell with clotted cream for your beach tea party theme. If you don't have anything special, a small dish or bowl is all
that is needed with a butter knife placed beside it.
