Snowball Ice Cream Dessert

This very simple snowball ice cream dessert may be easy, but everyone seems to love it! Use it in the summer to cool down or in the winter to celebrate the coming of the snow season.

Presentation is half the package - place your snowball on a lovely plate pre-drizzled with chocolate sauce or a smear of fruit sauce.

You can serve them on individual plates or pile them in a small pyramid and place in the center of the table with extra sauce on the side.

No snowball fights, please - at least not inside.

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 16 oz. Shredded Coconut
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Garnish - cookie

Scoop out a round, even ball of ice cream using
a large, round ice cream scoop. Roll in coconut shavings until completely covered with very
little of ice cream showing through. Place in
